Top 12 Chocolate Bar-Loving States

Fact Checked by Thomas Leary

Few delicacies are as universally loved across America as the humble treat that’s harvested from the cocoa bean, especially in states like Kansas that have a unique connection to the sweet treat.

Between Kansas City based chocolatier Russell Stover and a number of other, more locally centered outlets, the Sunflower State has as deep a connection with chocolate as any in America.

World Chocolate Day is celebrated on July 7. BetKansas.com, your go-to source for Kansas sports betting, decided to honor the day by seeing what states have the most chocolate lovers, and what chocolate bars are favorites among Kansas locals.
